- Moderation and evidence handling: While live audio/video sessions are not stored by default, we may retain minimal moderation artifacts (e.g., report details, timestamps, and limited evidentiary materials) solely for safety review, enforcement, and legal compliance, and only for as long as necessary.

- Caregiver guidance: Our Services are not for minors. We encourage caregivers to enable device-level parental controls and educate minors on online safety generally.
